Coach Jason is the Head Striking Coach at Level Up Boxing & Fitness. He is a phenomenal pad/mitt holder. At this 2 hour long seminar, you will learn the fundamentals of how to hold Boxing Mitts. Holding the mitts is not about yelling out combos and having the puncher throw as fast and as hard as possible. Holding mitts is a skill and can aid in developing a persons hand eye coordination and rhythm. As a mitt holder, you learn to see punches coming at you and make seemingly instantaneous reactions based on your reflexes. Being a proficient pad holder will improve your own fighting coordination as well as help your partner become a better boxer.
